What to Expect: The entire church will be there for worship, games, resting, eating, coffee, and making memories together in God’s great outdoors.

What to Bring: Wear your casual, comfortable clothes; if you usually carry a water bottle, bring it. The church will provide a water cooler for refills. Feel free to bring other (non-alcoholic) drinks if you prefer. Do you like Yard games? Board games? Cards? Although there will be plenty to do, feel free to bring them and recruit others to join you. If you want to read a book while watching the activity around you, that is okay too!

*Optional - camping chair, hammock, games (frisbees, chalk, balls, cards, etc...), snacks, picnic blanket, etc...

What is the cost: There is a minimal, optional fee if you can contribute. Click here - $10/person or $40 max/family

Who to invite: Anyone who would be interested in connecting with a church! If you’re a guest, don’t worry about paying the $10.

Directions and Parking: Click here for directions to Legacy Pavilion at River Legacy Parks, 701 NW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX. Follow the road as it winds to the very back of the park. At the split, turn left until you reach the parking lot at the dead end. The familiar SCF signs will be there to guide the way. Parking is directly adjacent to the pavilion area, and there are more spots a short walk away. When possible, we encourage carpooling.

10:00am Coffee & Donuts, Registration, Set up chairs for service

10:30 – 11:30am Worship Service

11:30am Group photo and game for the entire congregation

12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch: Fried Chicken, chips, salad, tea, lemonade, cookies

1:00-5:00pm Games, Group Photos, and Rest

1:00-2:00pm Group photos with Richard (life groups, families, friends). Plan a time for your group to meet for a photo. Location will be near the pavilion.

2:00-3:00pm Threshold Coffee Cart. Free coffee for SCF provided by Josh & Caitlyn Hayter (the Barbee's daughter and son-in-law)

3:00-3:45pm Afternoon guided hike led by Trenton. Bring your painted rocks to hide for other hikers to find.

5:00pm Dinner: Spring Creek BBQ brisket, smoked turkey, macNcheese, green beans, potato salad, bread, tea, lemonade, banana pudding, peach cobbler

After dinner: Glowsticks, S’mores, Worship Unplugged
