There are some elements of Southfield that are different than a traditional church structure. Here are a few of them to help you get to know us better!

Not putting money into

buildings

Southfield purposely does not own a building, but rather chooses to rent space to meet together. This enables us to put maximum ministry dollars into our highest priorities: people and missions.

Emphasis on Life groups

From the beginning, Southfield has highly valued members' involvement in Life groups. This is where members can grow deeper in their walk with God, engage in community, and serve one another. We encourage you to contact us to find a Life group time that works for you!

Inter-generational structure

Instead of organized children's, youth, and college groups, children join their families in the worship service from an early age. This allows for rich interaction between generations and promotes spiritual maturity.
