TIME TO SIGN UP!!  The Southfield annual camping trip will be Oct. 20-22 at Tyler State Park!  This is our once yearly “hang out together at a state park” event that is always super fun, and also a great time of fellowship, worship and community for our church family.  The weekend will include an awesome outdoor church service on Sunday!

Here are the details:

WHERE:  Tyler State Park
WHEN:  Friday Oct. 20- Sunday Oct. 22
COST:  $64 per shelter for the weekend, plus a $6 a day park fee for those 13 and up  (Singles and college students pay $10 for the weekend, plus the park fee totaling $22 for the whole weekend.)
FOOD:  Families provide their own, and singles will be assigned to eat with individual families
HOW TO SIGN UP:  Sign up and pay for your site by clicking the little "shoe prints” icon (Next Steps) at the bottom of the Southfield website page.  ($64 for shelters, $10 for singles — the $6 per day fee is paid at the park)

OTHER RANDOM INFO:  

• No RVs or Trailers are allowed at these sites because they’re too small for them

• Tent camping is OK

• Carpooling is highly recommended - parking is limited!

• No more than 8 people allowed per site, including people in tents at a site

• No pets allowed in shelters

• Right now there is a burn ban — please pray for S’MORE rain!  :D
